Dehydrated Pineapple Slices

Dehydrated pineapple makes the perfect sweet treat to enjoy anytime!!  Or it can be used to garnish drinks like Piña Coladas and Blue Hawaiians!!

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple

Instructions

  • Remove the ends of the pineapple. Core and peel. Cut into 1/8" to 1/4" slices.
    Place 5-6 slices on each rack of a dehydrator.
    Turn on dehydrated to 135°. Dehydrate 12-14 hours until firm and leathery.
    Store in airtight container for up to a year.
    Enjoy!!!
