Ham and Pickle Roll-up Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 cup chopped deli ham or leftover cooked ham
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix them together until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Chop the dill pickles into small pieces. You can use a food processor for this step if you prefer a finer texture.
- Chop the ham into small pieces similar in size to the chopped pickles.
- Add the chopped pickles and ham to the cream cheese mixture. Gently fold them in, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Transfer the ham and pickle roll-up dip to a serving dish or a small casserole dish.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
