Ingredients

coconut rum
can use white rum as substitute
2
oz
pineapple juice
2
oz
coconut cream
3
cups
ice
Garnish:
maraschino cherries
fresh or dried pineapple
Instructions
Place the ice in the blender. Add rum, pineapple juice, and coconut cream.
Blend a few minutes until there are no more ice chunks and the drink is creamy.
Pour into a tropical drink glass. Garnish with cherry and pineapple. Add an umbrella straw too!
