Cook ½ box of rotini pasta according to directions on the box, and let it cool. Strain it and then put it in cold water for a bit to cool off. Thaw the shrimp while the pasta is being prepared. Put them in a bowl of cold water to thaw.
When you dish up the seafood pasta salad you can sprinkle a little more Old Bay Seasoning on the top to make it even prettier than it already is!In a large mixing bowl add the cooled pasta, thawed shrimp, package of imitation crab, frozen peas, cheese, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.Add in the mayo and sour cream, and sprinkle the dill weed, Old Bay Seasoning, and salt & pepper over the top.Stir it all together to mix thoroughly. Use a spatula to scrape the spoon as you mix it together so all the mayo and sour cream gets distributed throughout.
